BGB Consult sp. z o. o. is obliged to:

• Maintain complete confidentiality in relation to all information that will be made available by the Provider,
• Not to disclose, without the prior written consent of the Provider, any information provided, except for presenting it for inspection to cooperating entities obliged to maintain the confidentiality of the information provided under these principles, or in the event that the disclosure of information is caused by a legitimate request of state or local government authorities or judicial authorities or other authorized authorities
• Follow all precautions to protect the information provided by the Provider against unauthorized disclosure, copying or use
• Appropriate protection of documents, notes, electronic files or other media provided by the Provider against access by unauthorized persons
• Notyfying the Provider about any situation that could lead to a breach of confidentiality or security of the information provided
• Indefinite compliance with the above principles of confidentiality of the information provided from the moment it is made available, throughout the period of service provision and after its completion
