The construction process is inextricably linked with administrative proceedings. it is administrative decisions that determine the parameters of the procurement object. administrative law sets the boundaries within which the construction process can be executed. of course, decisions of authorities are not final. appeals can be made to institutions such as the local appellate board or administrative courts.

We advise our clients at every stage of administrative and administrative court proceedings. we help assess the impact of administrative resolutions on the rights and obligations of participants in the construction process, property owners in the vicinity, or entrepreneurs affected by the construction. we assist individuals whose properties are expropriated or occupied for infrastructure investments. we evaluate the risks arising from administrative decisions and assist in preparing applications to initiate proceedings, appeals, and complaints to the courts.
